Born in Aberdeen, Scotland, Eileen Hunter is a classically trained pianist, flautist and singer who is managed by her husband and former X Factor winner, Steve Brookstein.
She grew up in a family steeped in traditional music. Her grandfather, Charlie Hunter, was a well-known fiddler, her father was twice Scottish Accordion Champion and one of Scotland’s most celebrated players.
Eileen began playing the old upright piano in the living room at the tender age of six.
Having just signed to Jazz FM Records, her debut album "I Miss The Sky", consists of interpretations of wonderful jazz standards, blues and classic original material and features one of Jonty's compositions (It's All Over My Friend).
